Medications available through Baseline are prepared by FDA-registered, state-licensed compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, efficacy, or quality. All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider following a clinical evaluation.
